What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to midnight. Check-out is possible between 06:00 and 11:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out is possible at an additional cost.
Can I cancel or change my booking free of charge?
That depends on your specific booking. Therefore, please refer to your reservation confirmation or contact us at reserveringen@hoteldelftcentre.nl or +31 15 212 2125.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Depending on your booking. The deluxe breakfast buffet costs €18.50 p.p. A small French breakfast is available for only €7.50.
How can I book a room?

Is parking available?
Yes, in the Market garage opposite the hotel (€20.60 per 24 hours). From Sunday to Thursday, if spaces are available, you can park behind the hotel between 17:00-09:00. Advance reservations are not possible. A hop-on-hop-off parking lot is available behind the hotel for coaches.
How do I get to the hotel by public transport?
From Delft Station it is a 20-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take bus 60 towards Nootdorp and get off at the Hugo van Rijkenlaan stop. Cabs are available at the station.
Is there a shuttle to/from the airport?
No, but we cooperate with FG Taxi: +31 15 889 9290. From Schiphol Airport you can easily travel to Delft by train.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Yes, there are city bikes and e-bikes for rent at the hotel. You can reserve these when booking your room.
Is there free wifi available?
Yes, there is free wifi throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have a pool/spa/fitness area?
There is an outdoor fitness available.
Is there room service or a restaurant available?
Yes, Swing restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also available.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome. Please mention this when making your reservation and present an identification card upon check-in. The dog must wear a recognizable harness or leash.
Are there rooms for people with disabilities?
The hotel is completely barrier-free. We recommend the Comfort Special room for wheelchair users. Please provide health information in advance so we can make your stay safe and comfortable.
Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes. Children up to 7 years old stay for free if they use the available beds.
Are cribs or extra beds available?
Yes. A cot for children up to 2 years old, including linen costs €15 per stay. An extra bed costs €25 per night.
What are the hotel’s house rules?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed throughout the hotel, including the rooms. A fine may be charged if damage, contamination, smoke trails or missing property is found. You can read more about house rules in our terms and conditions.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, a luggage room is available.
Is it possible to check-in early or check-out late?

Is there 24-hour reception available?
Yes, we are open day and night.

Do I have to pay in advance or on arrival?
This depends on the rate. Please refer to your reservation confirmation or contact us.
Is a deposit required?
For advance reservations, we usually do not require a deposit. In some cases, the hotel may require a deposit of €150 per room, which will be refunded upon departure if the room is in good condition.
How far is the hotel from downtown/attractions?
Only 200 meters from the city center and various attractions. Close to the Nieuwe Kerk, the Vermeer Center, the Prinsenhof, canal boats and more.
How far is the hotel from Rotterdam, The Hague and the beach?
- The Hague: approx. 15 km (± 20 minutes by car or train)
- Rotterdam: approx. 18 km (± 25 minutes by car or train)
- Strand (Scheveningen or Kijkduin): approx. 20-25 km (± 30-35 minutes by car or ov)
What is there to do near the hotel?
Enjoy the historic city center, museums, stores, restaurants and nature reserve Delftse Hout. Some tourist trips:
- Nieuwe Kerk: Known for the tomb of the House of Orange and the impressive view from the tower.
- Oude Kerk: The oldest church in Delft, nicknamed “Leaning John” because of its leaning tower.
- Museum Prinsenhof: Former residence of William of Orange, where he was assassinated in 1584.
- Vermeer Centrum Delft: A museum dedicated to the life and work of painter Johannes Vermeer.
- Royal Delft (Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles): The only remaining factory from the 17th century still producing Delft blue.

What should I do if I forgot something at the hotel?
Please contact us at reserveringen@hoteldelftcentre.nl or call +31 15 212 2125. We will then check whether the item is with the lost property and, by arrangement, we can send the item to you.
